With the aim of helping young learners gain confidence as fluent language users, another series of innovative drama workshops has been organised by the British Council Library for the third consecutive year. The first drama workshop this year was launched the on October as a part of our World Children’s Day celebrations 2012, under the theme “The World Belongs to Children”.

“Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” will be performed by 40 young children who actively participated in a series of innovative drama workshops organised by the British Council Library.

Twenty of the participants are children of war heroes and were selected from the Defence Services College. The remaining twenty registered for the workshops through the Young Learner’s Centre at the British Council Library.
