Celebrating a rich 120-year cricketing tradition which has contributed a long line of legends to the national team, Wesley College recently organized a number of events to honour distinguished Old Boys, who persevered for the growth of the game at the school. Among them was a special assembly, where past Wesleyites Mahadevan Sathasivam, Sridharan Jeganathan, Ansar Fuard, Bryan Claessen, Lou Adihetty, Nalendra Abeysuriya, Hilary de Vos, Abu Fuard and Robin Reimers were felicitated for their immense on-field service. The event also recognized the work of past students from across the world, who travelled to the school’s famous hall to collect honorary mementoes. These pictures show the present students of the school performing at the assembly.
