Pera agri alumni help rebuilding fund
View(s):The 2002–2003 batch of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya, has made a contribution to the Faculty’s rebuilding fund following the damage caused by Cyclone Ditwah.
The extreme weather disrupted academic activities, damaged infrastructure, and created challenges for students, staff, and the wider university community.
The university said the contribution will play an important role in restoring affected facilities, rehabilitating essential resources, and supporting the smooth continuation of teaching, research, and extension services.
The Faculty of Agriculture appreciated the thoughtful gesture and continued commitment toward strengthening education and research.
