Installation Ceremony of AATSL Toastmasters Under the Theme, “Connect to Conquer”

The AATSL and AATSL Emerging Toastmasters Clubs celebrated their Installation Ceremony recently, at theAAT Sri Lanka auditorium. This significant event marked the official transition of leadership for the newlyelected committee, comprised of accounting professionals.
The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the oil lamp, followed by inspiring speeches from Chief Guest AAT Sri Lanka President Indraka Liyanage and Guest of Honor District Director Distinguished Toastmaster Niroshan Nadarajah, who highlighted the values of ethics, responsibility, and vision within the Toastmaster fraternity.
The ceremony saw each new office bearer take their oath, met with enthusiastic applause acknowledging their commitment. Toastmaster Mahinda Perera and Toastmaster Hemantha Hulangamuwa, the newly appointed Presidents of both clubs, delivered inspiring addresses, highlighting the importance of teamwork, innovation, and community spirit.
A key part of the event was the induction of new members for both clubs, conducted by Distinguished Toastmaster Lester Aponso, Charter President of AATSL Toastmasters Club. The evening also featured graceful and melodious songs performed by club members, concluding with fellowship and final remarks.
