The official playing kit supply partner for Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), Moose Clothing, officially unveiled the Sri Lanka team jersey for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, combining modern performance innovation with the country’s world-class ethical apparel heritage.

The newly rebranded jersey features Sri Lanka’s iconic yellow, paired with deep blue accents, reflecting energy, unity, and confidence. The modern name and numbering style adds a contemporary international finish, while the distinctive blue piping on the shoulders pays homage to the nation’s identity. Engineered for elite performance, the jersey is made using lightweight, breathable fabric with side mesh panels to optimise airflow, ensuring comfort, durability, and peak performance across varying playing conditions.

This latest launch represents the continued partnership between SLC and Moose Clothing, which began in 2023, with the country’s one of leading clothing manufacturers serving as the official cricket clothing partner. Since then, Moose has designed, manufactured, and delivered performance-driven apparel for Sri Lanka’s men’s and women’s national teams, from the Under-19 level through to the senior teams.

The new playing kit was unveiled by Sri Lanka T20I captain Dasun Shanaka and was officially handed over to SLC by Hasib Omar, the Chief Executive Officer of Moose Clothing Company to Shammi Silva, President of SLC, in the presence of Ashley de Silva, Chief Executive Officer of SLC.

“Sri Lanka Cricket has always been about more than the game; it is about who we are as a nation. With this new World Cup jersey and the latest Moose Fan App, we wanted every Sri Lankan to feel part of that journey. This time, the jersey doesn’t just represent the team — it carries the faces and stories of the people who stand behind it. When our players take the field, they carry the pride of an entire nation, quite literally, on their backs,” commenting on the launch, Hasib Omar, the CEO of Moose Clothing said.

Alongside the jersey launch, Moose Clothing introduced a groundbreaking fan engagement platform — the Moose Fan App designed to help fans become part of the jersey itself. Through the app, supporters can upload their image or a ‘selfie’ that would be embedded into a digital mosaic created using images of thousands of fans, collectively forming a special Moose Fan Jersey. The Moose Fan Jersey features a printed QR code which, when scanned, directs fans to the digital mosaic, allowing them to connect the jersey they wear with their place inside it.
