In its continued efforts to produce globally sought-after professionals, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) has taken a significant step in redefining professional accounting education through a specialised upskilling programme for trainees in the Non-Public Practice and Business Process Outsourcing (NPP/BPO) sector.
Held on 18th and 19th September 2025, the two-day programme offered 240 trainees a series of insightful sessions covering a wide range of topics, including secretarial practice, effective communication and presentation skills, non-financial reporting, annual report preparation, personal branding and ethics, as well as the application of data analytics and emerging technological tools in business processes.
This intensive programme equipped aspiring Chartered Accountants with essential future-ready skills aligned with the evolving demands of the global corporate landscape.
