Xtaztic 2016, a show organized by the UN Club of S. Thomas College Mt Lavinia returns to Colombo celebrating its 10th anniversary on Saturday, 13 February at the Viharamaha Devi Open Air Amphitheatre.

The school’s UN Club itself focuses on community level involvement that aims to advance the mandate of the UN Charter and its human development objectives. In this pursuit, the club has organized various school level projects, including health camps.

Inaugurated in 2006, Xtaztic aims to provide exposure for emerging artists, giving them the opportunity to share the stage with professionals in showbiz. Previous performers have included Bathiya and Santhush, Doctor and the Sheriffs.

This year the Sheriffs will return to the stage once more, alongside Glory (a band specializing in pop and baila), Clifford Isaac (a House and EDM DJ), Jayy Vibes (resident DJ at the Amuseum) alongside Dineli Sun and beatboxer Julius Mitchell. Other performers include Nimaya Harris, Dhanuk Fernando and youth band Infinity.

This year funds will go towards the infrastructural development of S. Thomas Preparatory School in Colpetty. Xtaztic takes place on February13 from 7 pm at the Viharamaha Devi Open Air Amphitheatre.
