Thurstan recorded a massive inning and 150-run win over Sri Sumangala Panadura in the Under-19 inter-school cricket encounter at Thurstan ground in Reid Avenue yesterday.

Thurstan was well on course to victory at the end of the first day having made a mammoth 343 for 2 declared which came on the back of unbeaten tons by Kavindu Kulasekera and skipper Ramindu Kumarasinghe and had the Sumangalians struggling on 40 for 5.
