Sizzling Sea Food Promotion, a range of sea food in hot sizzling preparation will be on show at the 'Sea Food Cove' of the Mount Lavinia Hotel from November 14 to 22.
Sizzlers are a unique way of presenting food by serving on a piping hot cast iron plate. The beauty of serving in this way, is that the food is still cooking and releasing the full flavours of the prepared dish.
Hot Garlic and Chilli Prawns with tomato Concasses and bell papers, Stir fried Calamari and Seer fish with bean sprouts, Spring Onion and Soya sauce, Red Snapper fillet sun dried tomatoes, Black and green Olives with Garlic and Onion Prawns and lobsterwith Oyster mushroom, Black peppercorns and Brandy Flambe are some of the scrumptious items on the menu.
There will be sizzling Calypso music at the promotions.
