The First Annual General meeting of the Indo Lanka Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held recently in Colombo where Mano Selvanathan, Group Director of Carsons Cumberbatch and Co. Ltd. was re-elected as the President of the ILCCI for 2008/2009. Tilak de oysa, Deputy Chairman/Managing Director of Associated Motorways Ltd. and Charitha Ratwatte, Managing Director of Sri Lanka Business Development Centre were elected as the Vice Presidents of ILCCI.

The following member organizations were appointed to the Committee for the year 2008/2009 -- Ceylon Glass Company Limited - Sanjaya Tiwari, President/Executive Director; ICICI Bank – Premkumar Thampi, Country Head;

IGTL Solutions (Pvt) Ltd – Sanjay Hatekar, Country Head; John Keells Holdings PLC – Romesh David, Managing Director; Ma Foi Management Consultant Services – Raja Gopal, Central Head; Watawala Plantations PLC – Vish Govindasamy, Managing Director; and Counselor (Commercial and Economics) of High Commission of India, Santosh Jha.
