Only online applications this year for the National Colleges of Education
View(s):Applicants who wish to apply this year to the National Colleges of Education for the 2021
academic year, can only do so online, the Education Ministry said on Friday.
The Ministry had decided to open online applications for admission due to the COVID-19 situation in the country .
This year, 4253 students would be enrolled for 50 courses in Sinhala, Tamil and English medium in 19 National Colleges of Education across the country.
The application details could be obtained from the Examinations Department’s official website, www.moe.gov.lk.
Applicants who had acquired the necessary academic qualifications could follow a three year pre-service national diploma in teaching at a National College of Education.
