The objective of the webinar is in a multicultural world of business in constant transformation – Professionals in the workplace with Emotional Competence are better equipped to understand, accept and harness one’s self and stakeholders around them in order to bring about congruence and cohesion in the business.  Emotional Competence helps you with wellbeing, resilience and adaptability to function in high stress environments, volatility, agile thinking, multicultural settings and interpersonal interactions.

The resource person at this webinar will be Ms. Mariam Riza. She is currently the President of Intergenerational Consulting – Wattleshire Pty. Ltd and Mariam is an award-winning intergenerational strategist, and international speaker on human capital engagement at Wattleshire, Australia.

She builds strategies to engage differing generations in business to harness undervalued talent potential in people. Her industries cover the Accountancy member education, HR Technology, Higher Education, Public sector, & Multicultural community organisations and also, she is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

The webinar will cover Understanding Self-identity through personality models. Social and group identity, Emotional intensity and Continuous Self-regulation of Emotions.

The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session where participants will also have an opportunity to discuss practical applications and obtain clarifications via chat option.
