Rs 380m expansion of University infrastructure
View(s):The Ministry of Higher Education & Highways intends to develop university infrastructure between 2018-2019, at an estimated cost of Rs 380 million, said Cabinet spokesman Gayantha Karunathilake.
Among the projects is the expansion of the Dept of Electrical & Electronic Engineering of the University of Peradeniya, construction of a 3-storied hostel for foreign student monks at the Bhikku University of Anuradhapura, and staff quarters at the Trincomalee Campus of Eastern University.
