‘Nimnayaka Hudakalawa’- ‘Alone in a Valley’ Boodee Keerthisena’s newest film is now being screened at Regal Colombo, Lido Borella, Liberty Lite and a number of other CEL circuit theatres for a limited engagement.
This is the first film that was cinematographed digitally and it features the last role played by award winning script writer and filmmaker Tissa Abeysekera. It also marks as the first film in which filmmaker Vimukthi Jayasundara makes his debut in acting. Revolving around a creative director of an advertising agency who is going through an experience that he has never encountered, the film takes the viewer through a novel cinematic experience.
It is played by Saumya Liyanage, Sangeetha Weeraratne, Samanalee Fonseka, Vimukthi Jayasundara, Sachini Ayendra, Palitha Silva, Ravindra Randeniya, Tissa Abeysekera, Lakshman Mendis, Jayalal Rohana and Kingsley Rathnayake in the lead roles.
