Hatton National Bank (HNB) and Nations Trust Bank (NTB) Women from ‘A’ Div. along with NDB Bank Women from ‘B’ Div. booked their Semi-final berths, while Mobitel Men from ‘E’ Div. booked their Quarter-final berth at the 26th Mercantile League Basketball Tournament 2016 played at the Henry Pedris Basketball Courts.  HNB Women topped the Women’s ‘A’ Div. and NTB finished 3rd in the same Div. Mobitel Men topped Men’s ‘E’ Div. with 5 victories in the Preliminary Round, thus qualifying for the Final Round.
