DIFFERENT ROUTES

The Big Shot’s Birthday was celebrated with a grand cycle race offering handsome cash awards. The race was to a distance of 455 km and was held for three days. There was a disaster on the first day as cyclists took two different routes much to the amazement of the spectators. The reason for this was the appointment of officials who had no clue to the arrangements of the event or its route. Later the race was concluded but left a bitter taste in the mouths of the participants who had to do with officials who had no clue at all of the route or its distance.

TRUE OR FALSE?

There is an inquiry on the affairs of a certain women’s sport and two committees have been appointed to probe its affairs. The position now points to a former skipper who is supposed to have made all the arrangements regarding these so called affairs. Parents point out that this individual has a Coaching Academy of his own and is encouraging these sportsmen to join this academy for a cost of course. The authority concerned has appointed this individual to conduct classes and he is apparently being paid by them for these tasks. It looks as if he is trying to line his pockets through this academy as well!

It looks as if it will come out into the open once again as a top sports official has said that the trip to Geneva had been only for a joy ride and not to seek a solution to the situation in han

DANCER ‘BOOED’

The couple danced smoothly but the male dancer was far too old to be on the floor. This was held to conclude a motor sport event held in the outstations. This particular driver has the inclination to anger younger motor sports enthusiasts with his annoying antics. He won the dance contest with his partner and when he was called to collect his prize he was booed by the crowd! So much so for the flashy old driver!
