Caught Out!

A bad decision (there is a slight difference between a “Bad” decision and a “Wrong” one!), by the umpire, could alter the whole complexion of the game. A case in point was Rayudu, who was caught behind when he had scored only two runs. He was given “Not Out”, and went on to score 114 not out, thus winning the match for India.

It would be nice to see a batsman walk, when he knew he was out. It requires someone to set the example and, I am sure, that others will follow. Here’s hoping!
