‘Mouse’ comes as a novel
View(s):‘Mouse’ a novel based on an extremely successful film directed by Wasantha Moragoda under the same tittle, written by Nirantha Edirisinghe was released recently.
This is the first attempt by Nirantha Edirisinghe, a teacher by profession in authoring a book and he says the film and its characters inspired him to write it as a novel.
As an English teacher, all I wanted was to prepare a booklet about this movie, to be given to my students. So I sought assistance from Wasantha Moragoda, the director of the film who eagerly helped me by providing the information I needed,” says Nirantha describing his attempt in writing the book. The cover designed by Shakila Prabath Mendis, ‘Mouse’ is published by S. Godage and Brothers (Pvt) Ltd.
