Super Series 2014 motor race
View(s):The second stage of Sri Lanka Super Series 2014 motor race, under the tag of Carlton Super Cross, will be held at the Kirindi Oya Naval Detachment in Tissamaharama on March 8 and 9.
The Carlton Super Cross, the second leg of six installments will feature four motor car races and two motorcycle events.
Events lined up for cars are – Group SLH Cars up to 1000cc, Group SLH Cars up to 1600cc, Group SLS Cars up to 1500cc and Group SLGT Cars up to 3500cc. In motorcycles Group Super SM Supermotard Bikes Over 175cc up to 250c (2T) and Over 290cc up to 450cc (4T) and Group MX Racing Motocross Bikes 100cc up to 125cc (2 Stroke) and 175cc up to 250cc (4 Stroke) will be held.
The meet is organised by Carlton Motor Sports Club together with Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders, Asian Motor Racing Club, Sri Lanka Automobile Sports and the Ministry of Sports.
