administration of the school and maintains perfect discipline of students.

The Prefect Union of Holy Cross College has collaborated with the neighbouring schools in Kalutara district for the first time to organize such an event.

The participants of the drama workshop were selected from 20 schools in the Kalutara district, with the intension of giving basic concepts of drama production to the students. And this workshop has been conducted by the famous Teledrama

The Prefect’s Union planned to launch the drama, named “Thatu Salanna Ida harinna” with the participation of 25 students who have been selected at the workshop.

The drama was staged on 20th September 2013 at 8.30 am and 11.30 am as three shows, two shows for school students and one for the public at 6.30 pm. The famous film and teledrama artist Mr.Ravindra Randeniya and Rev.Ranjith Madurawela graced the occasion as honourable guests.

 

 

The drama was highly appreciated by the chief guests and the gathering.
