Dewmith Weerasena of Lyceum College and Natasha Sandamini of Visakha Vidylaya were the novice winners at the YMCA Table Tennis tournament, which was held at the Central YMCA tables recently.

The tournament was sponsored by Abans Limited and has been held continuously from 1932.

While Dewmith Weerasena defeated Tharindu Keshan of Isipathana, to win the boys’ title, Natashan Sandamini got the better of Vilanya Dulmini, also of Visakha, to take the women’s title.
