At Newcastle College we run courses from Level 3 (university/undergraduate entry courses) to Level 7 Master courses.
You must have completed the previous level before you are able to progress to the next, if you want to study on a degree you will need to have a Level 3 qualification to gain entry. However for same Master courses, if you have relevant experience, you could be considered for entry.
You can start studying for a Level 3 qualification with us in the form of A Levels or on the International Foundation Program. On attaining a Level 3 qualification, you can apply to study an undergraduate degree either with Newcastle College or at another institution.
Our degree courses work slightly differently to the normal route of Study onto an Honours Degree. So at the end of two years of a degree are covered by our Foundation Degree, The first two years of study you receive a qualification that is recognized by employers. At the end of this course, you can take a one-year course with Newcastle College or at another institution to top-up the Foundation Degree to a full Honours Degree.
With a degree qualification (or appropriate professional experience) you can apply the study on one of our Masters programs.
