STC in easy win |
A fine display of batting by Nuwan Dharshana (74) and Vice Captain Anuja Fernando (64 n.o.) in tandem with some good accurate fast bowling by the Captain Chamod Pathirana (7 for 12) assisted the Thomians to a fine win over Sandalanka Central College, Kurunegala in the First Round of their U-17 division I Cricket Match played at Mt. Lavinia on Thursday.
The Thomians ended up leaders of their group and qualified for the Second Round.
