‘Go for Sugar’ at Goethe

Award winning Jewish-German comedy “Alles Auf Zucker!” (Go for Sugar) directed by Dani Levy will be screened at the Goethe Hall, German Cultural Centre at 5.30 pm on March 25.

The surprise runaway hit film of the 2005 season in Germany, Dani Levy’s Go for Zucker, won Lolas (German Oscars) for best film, best director and best actor.

The movie tells the story of the Jewish Zuckermann family, divided for forty years by the Berlin Wall and the open hostiltity between the Frankfurt/Main branch and their Berlin counterparts.
