CoMSAA’s new council
View(s):The Colombo Medical School Alumni Association (CoMSAA) of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo elected its new council at the 15th annual general meeting held recently.
The patron of the council is the Chancellor, and the Vice Patron the Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo.

The council comprises: President – Dr Narendra Pinto; President-Elect – Prof Mohan De Silva; Vice Presidents – Dr Kalyani Guruge, Prof Ranil Fernando & Prof Saroj Jayasinghe; Co-Secretaries – Dr Thushan Gooneratne & Dr Akhila Nilaweera; Treasurer – Dr Mario Alles; Assistant Treasurer – Dr Janidu Gunaratne; Editor – Dr Anusha Fernando; Assistant Editor – Dr Aysha Ziyard; and Social Secretary – Dr Pramila Senanayake.
The council members are: Prof A H Sheriffdeen; Prof Sanath P Lamabadusuriya; Prof Prasad Katulanda; Dr Anula Wijesundere; Dr I Abeywickrama; Dr D K D Mathew; Dr Sumithra Tissera; Dr Rohana Haththotuwa; Dr Nilanka Wickramasinghe; and Dr Suren Almeida.
