Secure. – Redefined Security for BFSI” at Studio Hall, Cinnamon Life. The event brought together senior IT and cybersecurity leaders from Sri Lanka’s foremost public and private financial institutions for an exclusive exploration of Cisco’s latest advancements in cybersecurity.
With nearly 40 professionals representing the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector in attendance, the session focused on how Cisco’s integrated platforms—Email Security, Secure Access, and Secure Networking—are setting new standards in cyber resilience, the company said in a media release.

Ashish Sud, Regional Leader – Cybersecurity at Cisco, delivered the keynote address virtually, offering a strategic perspective on Cisco’s cybersecurity vision and the evolving threat landscape. This was followed by a detailed session on Email Security by Piush Kumar, Technical Solutions Architect at Cisco, and a presentation on Cisco Secure Access by Sandalika Weerasuriya, Associate Consultant – Network Solutions at MillenniumIT ESP.
