Zahira College Class of 60’s organized rugby sevens will take place at the Royal Sports Complex today . Kick off will be at 9 am. This tournament will reach 4 years since its inception in 2008.
There will be 14 teams participating and defending champions from the inception is Isipathana College. There will be winners and runner-ups in the Cup, Plate and the Bowl championships. The most outstanding player will also receive a trophy. Gold, silver and bronze medals will be given away to the Cup, Plate and Bowl champion’s team.
The grand final is scheduled at 4.30 pm. Former Havelocks SC, CH & FC coach and a reputed referee Tony Amit will the Tournament Director.
