ICASL seminar on Companies Act

The Company law & other legislation committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) is hosting a seminar on selected topics of the Companies Act 2007 on August 10 at the ICASL Auditorium.

The speakers (and their topics) are Neomal Gunawardena, FCA/Attorney-At- Law and Partner - Nithya Partners (Duties of Directors in Insolvency and Serious Loss of Capital); Suren Rajakarier, FCA/Partner-KPMG Ford Rhodes Thornton (Distribution to Shareholders /Solvency Test); - Sujeewa Mudalige, FCA/Partner - PriceWaterhouse Coopers (Purchase/Redemption of own Shares); and Richard Ebell, FCA/Finance Director –Hayleys (Amalgamation & Registration of Companies).
