Zonta Club III launches the ZWOT Mentorship Programme

Zonta Club III of Colombo is facilitating a mentoring programme to enhance the employability and professional skills of young women: "Zonta Woman of Tomorrow".

The ZWOT programme will identify young undergraduate women, in their second or third year of studies, with demonstrated leadership abilities, to be groomed for the job market. The selected Mentees will have the opportunity to be partnered with top corporate professionals, who will mentor them for a period of one year, at no cost. The Mentor will guide and coach the Mentee on developing competencies, groom her professional skills, provide networking opportunities, etc.

The ZWOT programme will commence in January 2009 and all associated costs will be borne by Zonta Club III. All those interested in participating in the programme can apply with a current resume to zwot3@yahoo.com by November 28. More information is also available at www.topjobs.com which is one of the co-sponsors of this programme.
