The Under-19 Inter-School cricket encounter between Ananda College and St. Peter’s College, played at Bambapatiya, fizzled out to a tame draw. St. Peter’s in reply to Ananda’s score of 257, made 297 runs after  resuming from their overnight score of 145 for 3. Nimuthu Gunawardena made an unbeaten 66.
