Political comedy play in town
‘Balloth Ekka Baa – 2’ December 30 at Borella Punchi Theatre
View(s): Following the success of the political comedy “Balloth ekka baa”, playwright Ravindra Ariyarathne has directed ‘Balloth ekka baa 2’ and it will go on the boards at 3.30 p.m. and 6.45 pm at Namel- Malini Punchi Theatre Borella.
The play stars popular artistes such as Gihan Fernando, Kumara Thirimadura, Chamila Pieris, Sarath Karunarathne, Chinthaka Pieris and Ravindra Ariyarathne himself.
Anthoney Surendra directed the music while Llwellyn Vanderwaal handles background creations. Stage management is by Sumedha Prasanna, costume design is by Gihan Fernando and makeup by Wasantha Vittachchi.
The play is produced and organised by Jude Srimal.
