Last farewell to Peter

Peter Casie-Chitty, better known as Peter Christie- a well-known school and club cricketer, journalist, musician and international chef-passed away recently at Liverpool in the UK. He was 72. The former Wesley College star was cremated in Liverpool. His Ashes were brought to Colombo and will be interred at the Borella Cemetery at 2.00pm today.
