11-hour water cut in Gampaha District today
View(s):An 11-hour water cut will be in force from 8.00 a.m. today in several areas in the Gampaha district, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said.
The affected areas will be Kelaniya, Peliyagoda, Watala, Biyagama, Dompe, Dekatana, Ja-Ela, Seeduwa, the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha area, Weliveriya and Rathupaswala.
The disruption is to facilitate repairs to be carried out by the Ceylon Electricity Board, the Water Board said.
