Students provide water for wild animals

With the drought conditions worsening, students of Vidyachakrawarthi Maha Vidyalaya, Ihalapuliyankulam, provided water to wild animals around the Thabbowa wildlife sanctuary, by transporting tanks of water and emptying them into dried-up waterholes, for the benefit of the animals.  Pic by Karuwalagaswewa Jayaratna.
