Most Outstanding Players in the Girls’/Women’s and Boys’/Men’s categories respectively at the Western Province Ranking Table Tennis Championships 2015 concluded last weekend at the Bandula Gunawardene Indoor Stadium, Lumbini College, Colombo 5.
Organised and conducted by the School Development Society of Lumbini College over 5,000 players took part in this highly competitive tournament.
Hansani showed her prowess in winning Women’s singles, Girls’ Under 18 singles and Girls’ Under 15 singles while Virunaka emerged champ in the Boys’ Under 18 and Under 15 singles and finished runner-up in the Men’s singles event.
