Tired of singing in the shower but unsure about appearing on a reality show ? Then Voice Idol is probably for you. The latest offering on Colombo’s circuit of talent shows and competitions, Voice Idol promises a platform for amateur singers looking to make a name for themselves.
The competition is organised by the team behind Voice Lounge and is an effort to up the ante in terms of exposure for budding singers who haven’t the time nor inclination to go through a tough competition process.
From the preliminaries, set to conclude in mid-September contestants will go through to the semi-finals and the finale to be held on the October 6 at the Mt. Lavinia Hotel. Photographed here are the winners from last week.
