Citadel excells at Culinary Art 2013
View(s):Cinnamon Citadel Kandy has bagged 22 medals at the recently concluded prestigious Culinary Art chef’s Competition at the BMICH organized by the Chefs’ guild of Sri Lanka
Cinnamon Citadel Kandy has won six Golds, nine Silvers and seven Bronze and has named the ‘ Best Cuilinary Team – Central Reagion.
Culinary Art chefs competition is held every two years was held for the 15th time this year where contestants battled is out at various kitchen and F and B competitions; ranging from live cooking events to artistic showpiece challenges and cocktail competitions.
This event is patronized by chefs and food and beverage personnel of almost all the hotels and other food establishments in Sri Lanka and is an internationally acclaimed event, where chef’s and F and B personnel get to showcase their culinary talents at a professional level.
