Amăna Takaful recognised by Maldives Monetary Authority
View(s):Amăna Takaful Maldives, a subsidiary company of Amăna Takaful Sri Lanka and the only Shari’ah compliant Takaful (insurance) provider in the Maldives, was recently awarded by the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) at its annual ‘Finance Night’ in recognition of the contribution made to the finance sector of country.
The Finance Night, themed “Maalee Rey”, is an initiative of the MMA which acknowledges the contributions of financial institutions towards the development of the Maldivian economy.
A company statement said Amăna Takaful Maldives was recognised by the authority for the unique services it offers and its contributions to the development of Maldives.
