Spa Ceylon receives 2 international accolades

Spa Ceylon, Sri Lanka’s premier spa lifestyle brand, has been recognised in Asia’s Spa Industry and has been nominated for the AsiaSpa Crystal Awards 2012 under the category of “Natural Product Range of The Year”. It has also received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the year 2012.

This award from TripAdvisor which has become the world’s largest travel site by recognizsing the power of traveller feedback is indeed a feather in the cap of Spa Ceylon, the company said.

The AsiaSpa Crystal Awards are the spa industry’s Oscars for the Asia Pacific region, with many international as well as Asian brands vying for honours at the gala awards ceremony held each year in Hong Kong. Spa Ceylon’s award nominations were the first for a South Asian brand and is a tremendous boost and honour for this relatively young brand that is now making waves in the international spa industry. The nomination for the second year running as “Natural Product Range of The Year” recognises Spa Ceylon’s continued commitment to producing a range of the highest quality natural products to international standards. The products are free of animal ingredients, not tested on animals, contain community trade ingredients, are preserved without the use of parabens and do not contain added alcohol, the statement said.
