Russels Tea Service opens new outlet

Russels Tea Service, which has over 80 tea outlets in Colombo, recently opened an outlet at the Ingrin Institute of Printing and Graphics. At the Ingrin outlet, Russels promotes breakfast and lunch packets to office staff and students who travel to Colombo.
