Women entrepreneurs hit the ramp

It was an evening of pride and achievement for women entrepreneurs fronting small and medium enterprises as the Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce held Ramp Up 2025 earlier this month at the Hilton Colombo showcasing the collections of both new and established designers.
WCIC’s aim is to set up a fund to support women entrepreneurs in creating export-ready businesses. Anoji Perera and Nayana Karunaratne co-chaired the event while choreography was by Geraldine Bandaranayake with WCIC members and fashionistas all taking the ramp.
