Colombo’s food lovers are in for a sensory journey as Hilton Colombo Residences unveils ‘A Voyage of Thai Flavours’, a culinary celebration designed to capture the essence of Thailand’s rich gastronomic traditions.
Taking place on 2 October 2025 at FLOW Restaurant, the hotel’s all-day dining venue, the event promises an authentic Thai buffet masterfully curated by two distinguished guest chefs from DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort, Chef Natkon (Moo) and Chef Amonrat (Orr).
Guests can expect an exquisite spread highlighting Thailand’s signature balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours, from aromatic curries and sizzling stir-fries to refreshing salads and decadent desserts. Complementing the evening will be a free-flow of house-special cocktails and mocktails, specially crafted to elevate the dining experience.
The event runs from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm, offering not just a meal but an immersive journey into Thailand’s culinary artistry.
