Deakin University Degree pathways in Early Childhood Education and Psychology Exclusively @ PCHE

Students can complete the first year at PCHE and upon successful completion will be awarded with a diploma in Psychology by PCHE. Students can then transfer to Deakin University, Australia to complete the remaining two years of their degree. Students can complete the first year at PCHE and upon successful completion they will be awarded a diploma in Early Childhood Education by PCHE. Students can then transfer to Deakin University, Australia to complete the remaining years of their degree, which would be a further 2 -3 years depending on the degree option which is chosen.
Professional experience
Students will undertake professional placements through Deakin’s professional experience programme gaining both practical knowledge and skills to teach children aged birth to 5 years. Deakin will arrange at least 85 days of placements for students for you in Early Childhood Education and care settings where you’ll learn from experienced early childhood educators.
Professional Recognition
All Early Childhood Education programmes offered by Deakin University are approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) as an early childhood teaching qualification in Australia.
