An exhibition of paintings, sculptures and engravings by students of schools in the Piliyandala Education Zone was held recently under the leadership of Western Province Education Director Srilal Nonis. Former lecturer of the University of Visual and Performing Arts Bharatha Kumara Liyanage was the chief guest at the opening of the exhibition. He also gave a lecture on art for students.
