S. Thomas’ Mt. Lavinia scored a good 182 run win over Devapathiraja MV, Galle in their Under 17 Division one second round match played recently. Winning the toss and electing to bat the Thomians ran up an impressive 291 for 5 in their allotted 50 overs with four top order batsmen reaching the half century mark.
In reply Devapathiraja MV could only muster a poor 109 all out that too after occupying the crease for 45.3 overs.
