Street Art at the DBU

How - and with what - do you follow an immensely successful exhibition of paintings by Christine Wilson held last year at the Dutch Burgher Union?

You have another exhibition, of course! This time, the DBU encourages gifted artists hailing from the length and breadth of Sri Lanka to exhibit their work at the Dutch Burgher Union hall. The hall is given free of charge. Pieces will be sold, a percentage of the takings allocated for charity and the rest will benefit the artists themselves.

The gifted artists and sculptors participating are Sunil, Indika ,Janaka, Cyril Raju, Sahan, Yasera, Aravinda and Jude.

Many of them have won prestigious awards and have had their work exhibited at various collections and festivals of art. Their work will be on display at the DBU today, December 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
