Australasian Academy offers the only Australian qualification in aged care (Individual Support) in Sri Lanka in partnership with Australian National Institute of Business and Technology (ANIBT) a pioneer in Vocational education in Melbourne, Australia with their second branch campus opened in Sydney recently.

Certificate III in Aged Care (Individual Support) is delivered in Sri Lanka with stringent quality assurance from ANIBT Australia. The qualification is awarded directly by ANIBT giving the advantage for graduates with an Australian aged care qualification which will help pursue a lucrative career globally.

Graduates will have the option of transferring to Australia for a combined program of Ageing support and Nursing with ANIBT and an Australian University. AA will provide all necessary assistance in the transfer programme.

According to AECC Global, the Health Care and Social Assistance sector is expected to add 250,500 new jobs in 2022 within three main occupations; Nurses, Childcare and Aged care workers.

The Certificate III in Individual Support opens a variety of positions within the industry, from personal care assistants and personal care givers to community workers. Our Aged Care training will help you understand all basic to advanced care giving procedures while providing practical and theoretical knowledge on how to provide support and care services for people. In addition, you will also learn how to deal with many complex situations in a successful way.
