The Rainbow Institute of Communication and English has successfully launched new programmes for the new normal.
These programmes are designed to continue Rainbow Institute’s mission to empower children, youth and adults with communication skills.
Rainbow Institute training adhering to internationally endorsed benchmarks is distinctive in that it is offered with Sri Lankan warmth and hospitality and adapted to meet the needs of Sri Lankans.

PHYSICAL CLASS ROOM TRAINING RESUMED
While Rainbow Institute is successfully carrying out online training since March 2020, we also realize the need for personalized face to face training physically. Rainbow Institute is implementing physical training adhering to all Covid 19 public health regulations.
As Rainbow Institute enters its 12th year of service in 2022, we are enrolling students for our January intake for small group classes and individual coaching to ensure that students get the maximum out of their training. Our spacious and comfortable training center at No 30, Amarasekara Mawatha, Colombo, is well equipped and modified for the new normal.
We are also continuing our online training for those who prefer to connect us from their own venues.
For both our physical training in the class room and our online training, Rainbow Institute is using the latest interactive and participatory methodology, to ensure that the learning experience is enjoyable and impactful.
FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULTS- ENROLLING NOW FOR JANUUARY
We are currently enrolling students for the following small group classes: Public Speaking and Presentation skills for Adults and Youth and Public Speaking, Personality Development and Leadership for Children (7 to 14 years of age) that will commence in January, 2022.
These courses cover a duration of 30 hours and are held for two hours once a week. The training is for about three and a half months.

The public Speaking training is conducted under the direction of eminent academic, motivational speaker and activist for social justice, Dr Mahim Mendis - Phd (NUS) Singapore, M.Phil (Leicester) UK, M.A. (Lancaster) UK , B.A. (Hons) Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and Post- Doctoral Scholar, University of Northern Illinois, USA and University of Massachusetts, USA
CORPORATE TRAINING
We also carry out training for groups of employees in organisations. This training is designed in collaboration with training departments to meet specific needs of organizations and meet training objectives.
FOR CONVENIENCE OF CLIENT
For those who opt for individual training on a one to one basis, a personal instructor will work closely with the student and conduct training according to times suited to client.
