MoU to be signed between KDU and Pakistan’s University of Comstats
View(s):The Cabinet has granted approval for the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Kotelawela Defence University (KDU) and Pakistan’s University of Comstats.
The MoU will enable the exchange of knowledge in bio-materials, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, sensors and bio-sensors.
This will also allow the two countries to conduct partnership research for sectors important to both universities.
The University of Comstats Bio-medical Research Centre has received a number of international patents in relevance to the bio-medical materials engineering sector.
