Distraction and Deception can Destroy Destiny

View(s):

Many have failed in life as they have deviated from their dreams and aspirations at some point in life, simply because they’ve let distraction to deceive them.

Once a person is deceived by distraction, he has to invest a part of his energy on the deviated activity. This scenario will not only push him astray from his foremost track, but it will also demotivate his utmost capacity to invest on his original plan. On the same page when the original plan does not receive the necessary conduct or energy it ought to receive, then that person will fail to produce from his fullest capacity, as a part of his energy has already been diverted to an unwanted activity. In the most recent years the rate of divorce in the USA slammed sky high. About 50% of these marriages have deviated as a result of distraction being one of the key causes behind this disastrous situation.

This is why it is of utmost importance to discipline and commit yourself in order to stay focused on the initial plan, however much the force of distraction may be. If our five senses are not tamed and disciplined accordingly, it will wander away looking for a better taste and feeling than what it is tasting or experiencing at present.

Unless you have educated your mind with regard to the short term and long-term benefits and drawbacks between a healthy meal and unhealthy meal, your taste buds will always seek a fried rice with added food enhancers above and over a healthy traditional rice and curry which is made without the affiliation of MSG or any other detrimental enhancers.

Distraction not only destroy your energy but it will also leave you with a bundle of issues at the closure of the journey. By nature, humans tend to forego the long-term suffering over temporary indulgence. Mind training and self-discipline, enables you to forego the short-term indulgence, prioritising the long-term satisfaction.

The original version is always bound to perform effectively than the duplicate. The duplicate may look bright and shiny temporary, but it will always create chaos in the long term. That’s the very reason why you need to be vigilant about distraction and deception.

They predominantly attract three main aspects. Firstly, your eyes, which will always crave for an enhanced picture. Secondly your flesh, which is bound to be vulnerable before an amateur and attractive feeling. Finally, your mind, which would always try to feed your ego or let you rest comfortably in a frame which doesn’t have challenges. Be delighted as a winner when you subject yourself to self-control. Constantly feed your mind with positive communications about yourself, placing you as a winner. Your eyes, flesh and mind can easily be distracted if they are not controlled or tamed appropriately through a rich and resilient flow of values.

They are always prepared to say yes to distraction, if the current situation in life is miserable. Distraction can also be known as temptation, and is always suffering at its own time. HIV Aids would have had no dominion over human race if the people chose to refuse unfaithful distractions.

If you are able to train your thoughts, desires and emotions in accordance to a rich structure of values then you will always be able to respond in agreement to the norms set by that particular value system.

The main components of distraction and deception are lust, intoxication, immortality, unfaithfulness, laziness, quitting, wickedness, bitterness, anger, wrath and many more negative thoughts. However, the outcome of these are sickness, brokenness, loneliness, death, suffering, stress and many others which are painful and unbearable at the time of reception.  Therefore, don’t be deceived. Be your own master and control yourself. Don’t be a slave of distraction and let the negativity of destruction to take control over you. When you are deceived by distraction you don’t realise that you have already turned into a slave of it.

When you reap the harvest, is when you will understand that you’ve been controlled and managed by distraction. Unfortunately, by that time you have already been inherited with the punishment of slavery. Therefore, train yourself to be equipped with a well-controlled process of “feeling-thinking-reacting” which needs to be activated with a conscious mindset, rather than responding to distraction through an unconscious mindset.

There are many athletes who have lost victory due to the distraction of their opponents, they lose as a result of shifting their focus towards the opponent than being focused on themselves. It is of no argument that being vigilant about your enemy is important but it is even more vital to be focused on yourself in order to be able to outclass the energy of your opponent. If you are to talk to a multiple group of people at the accident ward, you will realize that many of them have been deceived through distraction.

Be alert, for many distractions that you have permitted to control you are irrevocable at the point of harvesting. Make sure that your decisions are in perfect harmony with your original plan. There will always be situations where you might be compelled to alter your original plan but that should always be based only on external conditions, where you don’t have the authority to change the situation. But when you have the liberty of overcoming such challenges you should always stick to your original plan. Gradually yet surely deception will break your originality and will push you to an edge where you will find that it is impossible for you to be repaired.

Unless you are an original version, you will have no value thus you will be rejected.  Rejection is always painful. When you understand that you are no longer who you are then you will always live in misery.

Just think for a moment on what Sydney J. Harris told about deception, “Confidence, once lost or betrayed, can never be restored again the same measure; and we learn too late in life that our acts of deception are irrevocable – they may be forgiven, but they cannot be forgotten by their victims”. Think thrice, at times of distraction and deception as it could easily destroy your entire destiny.
